Privacy Policy

Forever Tic Tac Toe ("the game") is a tic-tac-toe variant playable on web, Android, and iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Anonymous game identity. The game generates an anonymous ID via Firebase Authentication so your stats and saved games persist across sessions on the same device. No name, email, or personal information is collected with this ID.
• Game progress and preferences. Your stats (wins, losses, rating), saved games, and settings (theme, turn-timer preference) are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB / localStorage and on our backend keyed only to the anonymous ID above.
• Multiplayer game state. When you play online, the game board, players' anonymous IDs, and move history are written to our Azure Table Storage backend so both players can see the same game. Game rooms are deleted ~15 seconds after the game finishes.
• Optional account linking (web only). If you choose to link a Google or email account through the in-app prompt, your email address is stored by Firebase Authentication so your progress can sync across devices. Account linking is never required to play.
• Usage analytics (web only). We use Google Analytics (GA4) to track aggregate usage patterns — how many games are played, which modes are popular, where players get stuck. No personal information is sent. Mobile builds (Android, iOS) do not include analytics.

Advertising

The web version may display ads through Google AdSense. Mobile versions may display ads through Google AdMob. These services may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device or browser settings, or via Google's ad settings.

On the CrazyGames distribution, ads are served by CrazyGames' SDK and governed by their privacy policy at crazygames.com/privacy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't track your location.
• We don't access your contacts, photos, or files.
• We don't use chat features that need moderation.

Children

The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@chattr.group and we'll delete the data.

Your rights

You can clear your local game data anytime by clearing your browser's site data or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of any backend data tied to your anonymous ID, email support@chattr.group with the ID (visible in browser developer tools under Application → IndexedDB if you'd like to provide it).

• Google AdSense / AdMob — advertising
• CrazyGames SDK — only on the CrazyGames-hosted version

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the game after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
